How long will it take to ship my order?
Most internet orders will ship out within 14-20 BUSINESS DAYS.
Once your order is received , your order status is "On Order".
When your order is pulled and sent to processing the order status will change to "Shipped".
When your order has been completed and is shipped your order status will read "Completed."
Please note even while we are processing and making your order the order status will show "shipped."
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email stating
your order has been shipped and receive a USPS.com tracking number.
If you are in need of a RUSH order we charge an additional fee of $20.00 not including normal shipping rates. We are more than happy to accommodate you.
Before placing your order let us know exactly what you would
like to order to ensure all materials we will need to create your order are in stock.
We will respond ASAP regarding your rush order.
Please be sure to inform us of the exact date of the event to ensure proper delivery times.
On occasion there may be delays in completing orders.

Shipping time will depend on the size of your order,
our current work load at the time, and the availability of the custom items ordered.
Often we will be able to get small orders out quickly, within 7-15 business days.
Larger orders may take the full 20 business days in other instances longer.
Large orders of 200.00 or more could take 4-5 weeks to complete.
Please contact us if you are wondering on purchase ship times.
How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Typically a special order may take up to 4 weeks.
The time frame depends on what materials are needed, if they need to be ordered,
and how many orders are placed before yours.
We can give you a more definite date of completion at the time of your order.
Coupons and or discounts may not be applied towards a custom order.
Custom work begins only after payment has been received in full. Thank you for understanding.

We use high quality grosgrain ribbons, satins, sheers, and some velvets.
We also use tulle, and a variety of fantastically adorable embellishments!

Personal checks are accepted for LOCAL PICK-UP orders ONLY!
If your order will be shipped, you must pay with a money order, or via PayPal.

We currently are using Paypal to process credit card payments. Paypal is a FREE SECURED service to make payments online. It is FREE to sign up, and FREE to send money. Shipping
Orders are currently being shipped between 14-20 business days. Large orders may possibly take longer.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us to see if we are able to accommodate you.
We carefully package our products to ensure they are protected on their journey! We cannot, however, and will not be responsible for them once they leave our hands. Proof and confirmation of a delivered package is enough proof to assume costumer's package was indeed delivered and received.
Insurance is optional, but recommended for $1.50 for every $50. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation for your peace of mind.
Returns
Due to the increase of customer's who are attempting to return worn or used items we will no longer be offering refunds of any kind.
We trust you understand our slight unpredictable handmade design.
By purchasing you are in agreement that you understand
our slight irregularities,
are not in any way considered a reason for return.
However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please let us know,
and we will certainly address your concern.
Due to all of our handmade and custom designs.
We will not offer any refunds or returns.
Unless, there is a defect in the way the item was made.
However, we are more than happy to exchange an item for the identical item in a different size.
*ALL NON-DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES MUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO US
WITHIN 48 HOURS FROM THE DAY IT IS DELIVERED*
Exchanges must be sent priority mail,and all return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
We must be notified through email before any exchanges can be shipped.
We must then receive a tracking number via email within 72 hours in order for an item to be considered for exchange.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT COD RETURNS.Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will NOT accept or exchange merchandise which has been worn or damaged.
Custom and Special Orders are non-refundable, unless a mistake has been made on our part.

We are unable to accept ANY returns or exchanges on tu-tu's or tu-tu dresses due to their custom design.
All tutu sales are final.
